Power, Passion and Glory The True Story of Texas High School Football (2008)
The film focuses on the Celina Bobcats, who became the winningest team in Texas history during the 2002 season. They started the year with 57 straight wins and four consecutive state 2A championships - when suddenly, they simultaneously lose their legendary coach of 14 years and are bumped to the bigger, tougher 3A division.
The result is the story of a team - and a small Texas town - in a desperate battle to defend their reputation as champions.
Will Celina win fifth straight state championship? Will the record-setting winning streak be broken? The film builds to an unforgettable climax even Hollywood couldn't have imagined.
