Wildlife photographers Peter Brown and Ahna Capri are on assignment in the Amazon jungle when their dream job suddenly turns into a nightmare. After crossing paths with a homicidal hunter (William Smith), the two shutterbugs soon become the hunted. However, Smith is not the only menace to the meek-omnivorous Amazon piranhas can pick a human body clean in seconds. And it's just a matter of time before somebody slips up.
