This Bollywood comedy is a loose adaptation of the Hollywood hit comedy ARTHUR starring Dudley Moore and Liza Minnelli. Following his mother's death, a young boy named Vicky is raised by Rai Sahib, his father's best friend. Vicky becomes a drunk when he enters his teenage years, and when he falls for a poor dancer, his father disinherits him and he winds up living on the streets. Only when the situation gets more dire does the family see a way to resolve their differences.
