After the death of his mother, a young boy must move to Scotland and live with his father. There, the boy meets a dog which has escaped from a lab after being given extraordinary strength and agility in a series of experiments. After finding that the dog has a surprising knack for soccer, the boy and his father employ his skills in order to help a losing Scottish soccer team in need of a serious morale boost.
